This strip mall has some pretty funky buildings in it. I particularly like the restaurant, which is now a sports bar. In classic late 1960’s form, the “pizza hut” roofs are a nice touch, along with the lava rock walls.
Yes, it’s hard to believe, but Pumpkinland does exist. It’s in Morton, Illinois, which is sadly succumbing to suburbanization.
