It seems like the combination of low incomes and bad wiring have conspired to create many burned out shells throughout the Carondelet neighborhood.

This house struck me for its prominence, and the obvious stability of much of the structure.

Well, some of the house will need to be relayed, such as the back wall, which is now sagging.  Will help come in time?  I’m worried it won’t.
