For such a desirable neighborhood overall, there is a lot of empty land in the Central West End east of Taylor Avenue. There is some new in-fill, and overall it’s not bad.
It’s the proper density with very tight spacing between the single-family, semi-detached units and maintains a fluid street wall that gestures to the street with front porches. This is a KAI project, I believe. I have little complaint.
This is the North Sarah development, right? Not many people would consider this the Central West End. It’s the Vandeventer neighborhood. The particular development spans several blocks, almost to Page. I have actually heard this area of town referred to as Midtown more than the CWE, if you want to be unofficial.

I think so; I should correct it.
