Someone informed me recently that my Christmas lights, bought in 1999 but never used until earlier this decade, are “old school.” I guess that means they suck up electricity or something?

Update: The two one-story houses still sit in limbo as of January 2019; both have been undergoing rehabbing for over five years. Remarkably, caused by crude demolition crews, not the Sunday storm.
What I love about St. Louis is that in addition to all of the famous, grand buildings, even just the small bungalows out in the neighborhoods have their own panache and style. This house needs an owner.
