This post reminds me that I’ve been curious about a building in Tower Grove South at the corner of Hartford and Morgan Ford. They’re rehabbing the building, and they uncovered writing on the building that reads Hyde Park Beer. Do you know anything about that brewery or the building?
I’ve seen that; I assume Hyde Park was up in the same neighborhood; the bar presumably sold that brand.
The Hyde Park Brewery was located in Bremen, in North St. Louis. I think part of the complex still exists.
The building you referenced was a tavern.
