On the occasion of the sixteenth anniversary of St. Louis Patina, I wanted to announce that I now own the trademark for the name “St. Louis Patina.” I wanted to thank my parents for helping me obtain this recognition of this identity that I’ve built up over the last decade and a half. You’ll notice there’s a little ® next to the name at the top of the website now.

Bring up the 1900 map in one tab and the current Google-Map of St. Louis in another. Check out the number of residences that were destroyed (and people displaced) to make room for the I-64 / Market St. interchange, the I-44 roadway, the I-44 / I-55 interchange, and the park along Market St.
