Does anyone know what this large factory-looking building was originally? It lies on Route 13, which is now South Belt Road West, and South 28th Street. The duplexes in front of the factory above clearly look like workers’ houses, built at the same time. It now seems to be occupied by some sort of recycling company.
Not sure of the original use, but it was a Yellow Freight warehouse in the mid-80’s.

It was originally a grain mill until Dori Excavating bought in I believe the late 70’s. Then it was used as warehousing for several appliance & furniture retailers until the mid 2000’s.
