As is typical of all the east-west streets west of Kingshigway, as Neosho gets closer to the major north-south artery, the houses get larger and two story.

But they are still single family.

This is an interesting development, because as one travels north, multi-family housing begins to predominate as the housing stock gets closer to Kingshigway.

First there are several streets of two families.

Then north of Chippewa, there are row after row of four families.

So it’s interesting to see all of these houses and the lower density so close to what would have been a major streetcar route (which the greater density to the north would have utilized).

At this point, we reach Kingshighway and Neosho ends.
