Jefferson Arms, Revisited
The Jefferson Arms is massive, and will require a complex plan to get it back open. Actually two buildings, the original and an expansion, it has been vacant for many years. The elaborate cornice will have to be rebuilt, as well. Perhaps one day there will be balls in the grand ballroom again.
