As I often remark, “tract homes” have existed as a concept for centuries, such as these on Lotus Avenue.

Their brickwork is exquisite, and these were just middle class homes originally.

They are all abandoned except for the one on the end, and even it may be empty; recently abandoned houses can look surprisingly occupied. The rot and vandalism have not set in yet.
