There’s a whole cluster of buildings just north of the train tracks at the southern end of Baden and North Broadway.

But it is so loud, and such an undesirable place to invest, that the buildings are going vacant, their owners desperately trying to sell them.

This building is still occupied by a bar, but there is a “for sale” sign on the side.

The house below may be occupied, but I cannot tell.
