Continuing down Blackstone, you come to the realization that the infamous Delmar Divide does not extend to architecture. Houses just as beautiful (and in many instances, identical) to houses in the Central West End or Tower Grove South, sit empty or decaying, for a fraction of the cost of their southern counterparts. How sad.
I love this house with the square turret below; two doors down is an identical mate.
Take this house below; I have seen exact replicas in the Central West End. Why have we let one side of street deteriorate, and the other side flourish?
