Update: The Depression-Era shed directly behind the sign was destroyed by high winds, and the corn crib in the distance has been demolished. The sign later faded badly and had to be replaced.
A picture of myself at my family’s farm this summer showing that the state of Illinois recognizes my family’s ownership for the last one hundred years.
