But an old Anheuser-Busch pub still sits in limbo, its owner holding out.
It is good to see some rehab work being done in that area, both in the commercial and residential sections.
Several blocks away at Wyoming and Texas is a very nice Second Empire corner store that is in basically original condition with no remodeling (but is abandoned). It needs a proper restoration done on it before it gets into too poor a condition to save some of the fragile architectural details. You have probably featured it on this site at some point, but if you have not, you should definitely get a few photographs of it.
