This house is still standing, but I wonder for how much longer. The street closure has to do with infrastructure improvement, not the risk of eminent collapse of the house.

I used to pass this house frequently when I worked in the area. I believe it is an LRA property. A lot of work needed, but it could be very nice for an enterprising homeowner.
I’m pretty sure it is, too.
