We swung by Emmaus Homes, which is now Chateau Hoffman, to see what was going on. It looks like there is a pause in renovation after the clearance of trees we saw back in February of this year.

The first floor windows of the buildings have been secured, which is always a good thing when it comes to mothballed structures.

We also discovered a nearby cemetery, which we strongly suspect was related to the old complex when it operated as either a seminary or afterwards.

I would like to send you my book on the early years of Emmaus. Is there an address I could send it to?
Thoroughly enjoyed all the Paris photos/commentary.
