The term “boulevard” in St. Louis streets parlance does not necessarily represent a particularly wide street with a tree lined median (though it certainly does in places like Lindell, Grand or Tucker), but really more of what planners had judged to be major routes. Goodfellow is really more of a residential street, but one doesn’t notice the breadth of interesting houses along here while speeding along in the traffic of this route. But on foot, the beauty, if ragged, becomes more apparent.
Thanks!
