Update: This is a Brown Shoe Company building, built around the time of the 1904 World’s Fair. It was demolished in July of 2017 for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The City of St. Louis cut ties with Paul McKee’s Northside in June of 2018.

I love this building on North Jefferson; the solid, red brick structure stands defiantly at a corner that is surrounded by numerous vacant lots. This is how an industrial building should look.

    Is that building square or were you using some kind of fish-eye lens? It looks in the shot like one of those buildings you see on six-way intersections.
