A friend of mine, Scott, told me he had stumbled across my previous posts on the Lewis and Clark Tower, which has now languished in abandonment for a couple of years.
The appearance and condition of the tower has declined, precipitously. In the long run, it might be cheaper to buy a couple thousand cinder blocks, a couple hundred bags of cement and some masons, and simply brick up the entire first floor.
As was pointed out by my friend, the shopping center is actually fully occupied.
