
Magnolia Place seems to have been platted around 1913 to 1916, which would make sense considering the style of the houses.

Note the art glass in the lunette of the windows above.

Some of the bungalows also seem to show some influence of Spanish Revival architecture, as well, such as in the house above.

Side entrances, off of colonnaded porches with influences of the Colonial Revival, also appear.

The portico and Palladian window in the dormer below also show Colonial Revival influence in a bungalow style house.


There is even some German or Tudor Revival influence in the house below and its dormer.


There is a stone and brick pylon on the corner to mark the end of the subdivision.
