Update: New commentary written in October of 2024.

The renovation of the old St. Louis Centre into ground level retail turned out to be a great success, with numerous businesses moving in. The parking garage above, in the old mall space, can still be renovated into occupied leasable space in the future.

I like the black entryway for the red granite building.
