I in Tower Grove East and I’ve spent 10 years or so living between TGE and Shaw. Several years ago I would drive by this impressive building and say to myself, “I can’t wait till they expose the store front on that spectacular building someday.” 1) I’m still waiting to see the store front, and 2) Who the hell is responsible for that atrocity running up the north side of the building? Un-freakin-beleivable.
