The housing stock is beautiful through here, but most of it sits empty, from the looks of it, or at least underutilized.
Admittedly, the Streets Division has reduced the number of lanes, which is good, but now they need to reclaim the street itself, giving the land back for sidewalks or front yards.
Marine Villa is what I call an orphan neighborhood, heavily cut off from the rest of the city by the interstate and by Broadway.
But there are still some very interesting houses, some of which are quite old.
