Update: Demolished for the new National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in 2017. The City of St. Louis cut ties with Paul McKee’s Northside in June of 2018.

Noted architect Theodore Rapp designed this row of small bungalows, each originally possessing a small hipped roof with alternating one or two pyramid roof ornaments.

Each one is now slightly unique, after some owners tore off the hipped roof or changed the front porch roof.

But now they will all suffer the same fate: demolition for the NGA coming to St. Louis Place.
