We end our tour of Vermont Avenue in Carondelet looking at more upscale houses, from the 1890s to the 1920s.

But there is still a mix of smaller houses from earlier decades, much like we see in Carondelet. Vermont Avenue takes us through a wide range of different eras, which is what makes the neighborhood so interesting.
