I grew up on Lexington Ave 1 block away fromBeaumont High School. It was quite a building and my oldest brother went to school there. I am drawn to the history of midtown St.Louis looking back for the good things that went on there. It is unfortunate to say , but the area now is a slum, a high crime area. How it got that way is a long and sad story. It is a story I would like to tell, but I don’t know . Thank you for the pictures.
