Campbell House is the last house left on what was once the first exclusive street in St. Louis. As the city moved west, so did the wealthy residents of St. Louis moved further west.

Have you ever been inside? If not, you really should take a tour sometime. Its worth it. Most of the furnishings/decor are from the Campbell family and they are always finding more things in the attic to bring out.

Yes, it is truly a unique specimen of early St. Louis and I encourage everyone to visit.
