That could be a beautiful Italian villa. If renovated properly, it could be worth more than $2 million. Just imagine. Put a pool in the back..aah could be just amazing.
St. Louis has so much potential. Without a doubt, the city with the most potential in all the United States. People in other cities would die to have the opportunities St. Louis has. Really. If that was in Paris, London, New York, San Fran, just IMAGINE how much money people would spend to renovate and sell that thing. JUST IMAGINE. No doubt in Paris $10 million. NO DOUBT.

Enright Avenue west of Union Blvd; only way to reach it is from Union due to one-way streets.
That house has been redeveloped! It now has signs out front saying “The Blossom House is Blooming!” You should check it out.
