Gast Place clearly was where the upper middle class lived in Baden, with larger, single family house with large yards.
The houses look to date from the Nineteenth Century to the 1940s.

I have a question.Many years ago, my family and I lived at
#6 Gast Place. I was around 12 when my family moved to Illinois. I came back to look at our old house, which was the most wonderful house to grow up in when I was young.
My question is, the first house on the same side as our house is GONE! I believe the address was #2… then #4 …then #6 my families home. My enquiring mind wants to know:)
