This is one of my biggest pet peeves when I pull into a parking lot and see exactly this kind of sight. It disgusts me that people have no shame and feel free to throw their trash anywhere they please.
Me, too. In fairness, we witnessed a Schnucks employee walking toward the pile of trash with a broom and dustpan shortly after I took this picture.
