I was driving around up near Bob Reuter’s boyhood home when I made a left, and headed down 25th Street. I saw these four houses, each in their own state of deterioration. I snapped a picture, knowing that I had just grabbed a great picture that sums up what is so sad about this isolated corner of the city. It was rainy, and overcast, but it captures the mood of the neighborhood.
