This is one of those great early houses in Hyde Park, but it’s been sitting empty now for so long. Perhaps one day this house will be rehabbed.

Hyde Park really has the potential to be North St. Louis’ Lafayette Square (although I think the houses are older). Imagine what a group of dedicated citizens could do. Although it might be a little more far gone than LS in the 1970’s, the potential is still there. I grew up not too far from here and would love to see the neighborhood revitalized.
