For such a desirable neighborhood overall, there is a lot of empty land in the Central West End east of Taylor Avenue. There is some new in-fill, and overall it’s not bad.

The particular development spans several blocks, almost to Page. I have actually heard this area of town referred to as Midtown more than the CWE, if you want to be unofficial.
