Moving east on the north side of Shenandoah Avenue between Minnesota and Pennsylvania, there is a wide variety of houses, and there is really no way to quantify one overall style.
The house below looks like something I would see in the Lewis Place neighborhood, with its distinctive dormers and yellow brick.
Then there’s this house with the square turret on the front; there’s another one like this in nearby Fox Park on the north side of Russell Boulevard (fifth photo).
Then multi-family houses appear from the early Twentieth Century.
Then there is a Second Empire storefront from the truncated Pennsylvania Avenue, with a matching house to the east.
