I thought it would be interesting to rush out into the fog Saturday morning and see if I could get any interesting photos of tall buildings. St. Francis de Sales was almost invisible on the fog-cloaked streets around 8:30 AM, even just two blocks away.

But when I drew closer, it appeared out of the mist, reminding me of my recent visit to Chartres Cathedral.

I like how there’s sort of this white haze hovering over the church, which was not entirely visible when I was standing there.

The three hundred foot high spire was fading into the sky, and I wonder if it was visible above the fog above St. Louis.

Love it. Thanks, Chris!
