Update: Demolished for the new National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in 2017. The City of St. Louis cut ties with Paul McKee’s Northside in June of 2018.

These two houses will be demolished soon; they would go for hundreds of thousands in Soulard. But they were doomed by being built north of Delmar.

This house will survive, and sits along St. Louis Place Park. I like the porches on the back.
