Update: The house on the left above was rehabbed by 2017; the one in the middle was rehabbed by 2019. The small one-story house below was horribly by 2018 modified by the same company that has been adding additional vinyl-clad floors onto gutted shells throughout Tower Grove East.

The fourth building down, the brown corner commercial one, looks like the old Pyramid office on Arsenal from the Steffen/Heller days. My, how far he came, and how far he fell.
That is the corner of Arsenal and Compton; I don’t know if that’s what you’re thinking of.
Nice lookin’ neighborhood. I like all the modernized coachhouses.
