Update: The house on the left above was rehabbed by 2017; the one in the middle was rehabbed by 2019. The house on the right was flipped around 2021. The small one-story house below was horribly modified around 2018 by the same company that has been adding additional vinyl-clad floors onto gutted shells throughout Tower Grove East.

Update: The house on the left was rehabbed in early 2016. The building below was struck by an SUV in July of 2021 and finally repaired in mid-2023.

Update: The house below was flipped and sold for over $500,000 in April of 2023.

    The fourth building down, the brown corner commercial one, looks like the old Pyramid office on Arsenal from the Steffen/Heller days. My, how far he came, and how far he fell.

    That is the corner of Arsenal and Compton; I don’t know if that’s what you’re thinking of.
