Leaving Iowa Avenue behind, we see more rehabbing going on as we look at the north side of Arsenal Street. We looked at the south side of the street back in May of 2022.

This block is intact, with just the interruption of the alley, showing how the street grid crooked due the presence of old French farm fields that come up from the river–that is why Arsenal is diagonal in relation to the Common Fields survey by Charles DeWard.

Nobody’s been painting the brick, either!

We then reach Ohio Avenue.
