Crossing Goodfellow Boulevard, we first pass the former Cabanne Methodist Episcopal Church, which was located at this intersection from 1902 to 2003; it was previously several blocks to the south at Vernon Avenue.

This is a long block, and its Sanborn map can be seen in this post for Chamberlain Avenue.

As we saw to the west, most of the houses seemed to have been built in tracts.

I photographed this house all the way back in October of 2017; to the east is the rest of Chamberlain Place where Bartmer Avenue continues before ending at Union Boulevard. But because of street blockages, it can only be reached from Belt Avenue from the north along Page Boulevard.
