I wonder what the owner wanted for the first house pictured. It looks like it is in great condition other than needing a new roof.
The single storey (?) grey house directly across from Shenandoah school was (so I’ve read) the home of the Theosophical Society in the late 19th C. It has a date plaque — 1880’s I believe, which would make it one of the first on Shenandoah.
