I’m always amazed to look on it and know there is a huge atrium inside. I guess the Famous-Barr portion did not go up that high? I’d imagine that will be a bonus for future apartment dwellers?
Yes, the light well only descended to the lowest level of offices; below was the department store which I don’t believe every had windows on the light well.
