As far as I know, the Union Trust is occupied with office tenants, and I’ve never heard talk of rehabbing into residential.
I wonder if Landmarks still sells the t-shirt depicting the frieze at the cornice. I still have mine, but it’s not exactly in the kind of condition for public consumption.
