Moving north, Minnesota Avenue enters an almost entirely Twentieth Century phase, as four-family apartment buildings take over, and red brick yields to dark brown after only two buildings of the former.

There is one Dutch Colonial style house mixed in the middle of the apartment buildings.
Then the four family apartments with four doors switch over to an almost golden colored front brick with intricate linear designs and only a single front door to access the four units.
