I’ve recently become interested in suburbs of suburbs, which in this case is Weldon Spring Heights, which is a suburb of Weldon Spring. It is also another entry in the Enclaves of St. Louis. And like many municipalities in North St. Louis County, it is also just a subdivision, in this case located in St. Charles County just over the Daniel Boone Bridge.

Unlike its counterparts in other parts of the region, this suburb is doing quite well for itself. Nice Colonial Revival houses sit on large lots with mature trees.

Architectural and color uniformity create a beautiful composition.

Though we did spot two rebels with gray and yellow siding, respectively.

Your weather reports are also really accurate, as well. It reminds me of the “Big Boo,” near Lambert International Airport.
