My prediction that the old John F. Kennedy Catholic High School in Manchester would be sold to a developer for houses has come to pass. McBride Berra is demolishing it for Arbors at Celtic Meadows. It is an interesting phenomenon of smaller universities buying old high schools and trying to establish satellite campuses in order to drum up more business. Fontbonne tried it here and it proved to be a disastrous expenditure of capital it could not waste. Perhaps they received a good return on their investment from McBride. Another university tried it over at the old Belleville West Township High School and lost millions of dollars.
