I can’t believe there were no plans for the former Greyhound bus terminal when the new combination bus and railroad station opened down on Clark Street. The former Cass Avenue Bank was just left to rot, broken into and increasingly dilapidated. Another location is in similar peril, further west on Cass.
Northside Regeneration owns it. 4 years ago they announced grand plans to turn it into “Veterans Landing”, a veterans center which would “potentially help some 250,000 veterans and active-duty service members within 150 miles of St. Louis get on track” (promotional materials quoted in the Post-Dispatch 11/11/2014).
Since then, I’ve seen nothing on the project.
Now it makes sense–if Paul McKee owns it, nothing will be happening.
McKee needs to be fined for all his litter in st louis, then when he doesn’t pay his fine, the judge needs to serve him COMMUNITY SERVICE TIME and make him clean up ditches with other north city thugs!
