I realized I had never looked at the blocks just north of Cherokee Street in Benton Park West, which have seen some redevelopment. First up is Texas Avenue.

Most of the buildings are from the early Twentieth Century, and vary from one story bungalows to four-family apartment buildings.

But there are also Arts and Crafts style houses such as this one which we’ve seen before further to the south.

Utah Street is then the next parallel street to the north.
