Update: I went back in December of 2022.

After Osage Street, the next block of Nebraska Avenue is one that I’ve looked at before, back in 2011; the first photo is the east side of the street. On the other side of the street, after the corner store seen above, there is a steep rise; clearly there was a hill here that was graded out to make Nebraska Avenue less rugged.

The apartment buildings and houses seem to have been built very close together in time and possibly by the same developer; they roll along in rhythm with each other very nicely.

There is also less abandonment, as well, by the time we reach Keokuk Street.
