I also wanted to check up on the Greater Ville, primarily heading east down Ashland Avenue, the major east-west street two blocks south of Natural Bridge Avenue. The photos above and below are from the 4500 block of Ashland, which I looked at way back in January of 2019.

The houses below are in the 4400 block of Ashland.

So are these. They still look good.

Sadly, further east, a lot of these small houses are abandoned.

On the south side, on those short one block streets, there are an increasingly number of vacant lots as demolition destroys the neighborhood.

Somewhere around Warne Avenue I turned off of Ashland Avenue and headed south for a block or so, and I found these houses along the last block before Vandeventer Avenue.
